About these terms

These terms apply when you use bioticdrinks.com or order drinks from biotic, 3rd Floor, Maneeya Center, 518/5 Ploenchit Road, Lumphini, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330, Thailand. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

You can order through our LINE official account (@biotic) or in our shop. An order is confirmed only when we reply to confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a drink is unavailable, and will tell you if we do.

Because our drinks are made in small batches, flavours and availability can change.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Thai baht (THB) and include any applicable taxes unless we say otherwise. We confirm the total, including any delivery fee, and how to pay when we confirm your order.

Delivery

We deliver across Bangkok and surrounding areas. Delivery is free in Bangkok on orders over ฿990. Delivery times are estimates, usually 1 to 2 business days, and same-day delivery is not guaranteed.

Please make sure someone can receive your order and put the bottles in the fridge straight away.

Our drinks

biotic drinks are raw, unpasteurised and naturally fermented with live cultures. Keep them refrigerated at 2 to 6°C, enjoy them within 14 days of delivery, and do not freeze them. Bottles are naturally carbonated, so open them slowly.

As living products, taste, colour, sediment and fizz can vary a little from batch to batch. Please check the ingredients if you have allergies or dietary needs, and ask us if you are unsure.

Our drinks are food, not medicine. Nothing on this website is medical advice. If you are pregnant, have a health condition or take medication, ask your doctor before adding new fermented foods to your diet.

If something is wrong

If there is a problem with your order, contact us on LINE or by email as soon as possible, ideally with a photo, and we will do our best to put it right. This does not affect your rights under Thai consumer protection law.

Website content

The text, photos, logos and designs on this website belong to biotic or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for commercial use without our written permission. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.

Liability

We work hard to keep this website accurate, but we cannot guarantee it is always complete, current or available. To the extent permitted by law, biotic is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. We may update them from time to time; the latest version will always be on this page.
