Who we are

This website is run by biotic, a small-batch brewery and shop for living, probiotic drinks at 3rd Floor, Maneeya Center, 518/5 Ploenchit Road, Lumphini, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330, Thailand. In this policy, “biotic”, “we” and “us” mean us.

We respect your privacy and handle personal data in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA).

What we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address and message when you use our contact form; your name, phone number, delivery address and order details when you order through LINE; and your email address if you sign up for our newsletter.

Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as your browser, device type, pages visited and approximate location, which our website hosting and any analytics tools may record when you browse the site.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your messages, confirm, prepare and deliver your orders, send our newsletter if you asked for it, improve our website and drinks, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We rely on the following legal bases under the PDPA: performing a contract with you (your order), your consent (for example, the newsletter), our legitimate interests (running and improving our business), and compliance with the law.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with trusted service providers who help us run biotic, such as delivery partners and couriers, our messaging and email services (including LINE), and our website hosting. They may only use your data to provide their service to us.

We never sell your personal data. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires, and then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw your consent at any time. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter using the link in any email.

To use any of these rights, email hello@bioticdrinks.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.
